Quicktech Industries was founded in 1994 with the primary aim of manufacturing sheet metal based products for the Air-Conditioning industry. With this in mind we set out to manufacture Pre-Fabricated Rectangular and Round sheet metal ductworks and these products were very well accepted by the industry.
Having established ourselves in this field we went on to manufacture Pre-Insulated pipes,
chilled-water pipes with a layer of insulation and a metal jacket as a protective cover and this product has been tested by the Warrington Laboratory in England to be non combustible.
Again, with all the dedication and hard work extended by both the management and staff this product was a hit for the industry within a very short time.
Having achieved success in these two products did not make us contented.
In 1995, we went into a Licensing Agreement with one of the top players in the HVAC industry in the United States to manufacture Variable Air Volume Terminal Units (VAV Boxes) and Sound Traps (Silencers) and this agreement is not just for Malaysia but for the whole of the ASEAN Region.
Without delay, a Function-ability Test Laboratory was set up in our facility and for the first time in the history of the air-conditioning industry building owners, consulting engineers and contractors can see for themselves the actual working of a VAV Terminal Unit and for the Silencers we are able to simulate the Insertion Loss and Self-Generated Noise of these Sound Traps.
Lastly, we are happy to mention that these products have been used extensively in Putrajaya, the new administrative centre of Malaysia and we hope friends in the industry will give us the opportunity to work with all of you as well and we shall try our best to give you our best technical support, delivery and also the most competitive price possible.

Pottorff-Dynasonics Elbow Film Lined Silencers are designed to fit where short duct runs do not allow for standard rectangular silencers and provide additional protection of the acoustic media with a Tedlar film liner. The acoustic media is wrapped in a thin layer of Tedlar to protect against high levels of moisture and airborne particulate.
Pottorff-Dynasonics Elbow Extended Casing Film Lined Silencers are designed for short duct runs where higher insertion loss is required in the lower frequencies and additional protection against high levels of airborne contaminants and moisture is needed.
Pottorff-Dynasonics Circular Silencers provide in duct noise attenuation for circular duct work while eliminating the need for circular to rectangular transitions.
